We check that all mandatory information is correct – and that your label follows EU regulations, national requirements, and industry standards.
We review, among other things:
- Product name – Is it legal and accurate?
- Ingredient list – Does it match the recipe? Are compound ingredients correctly stated?
- QUID – Are quantity indications correctly applied?
- Additives – Are they permitted, and within legal limits?
- Origin – Is it stated where required?
- Allergens – Are they highlighted?
- Nutritional content and energy – Are the values correctly calculated?
- Fortification – Is it legal, and does it require notification?
If anything’s missing, we’ll talk it through with you – or directly with your manufacturer – so we can get everything right together.
