Labelling and declaration of non-food daily goods – we support you from start to finish
We make sure your declaration is legally compliant and tailored to the market you want to sell in – whether that’s in Denmark or internationally. We ensure the labelling meets EU legislation, national regulations, and relevant standards – such as CLP, the Cosmetics Regulation, or rules for food contact materials. Once everything is checked, you can confidently send your product to market.
We review, among other things:
- Product name: Is it accurate, legal, and appropriate for the product?
- Ingredients: Are they allowed in this type of product?
- Ingredient list: Is it in the correct order?
- Hazard labelling: Are the pictograms and hazard statements correct?
- Quantity statements: Are they included when required – and calculated from the formula?
- Voluntary labelling schemes: Does the product have the required documentation for schemes like the Nordic Swan or Asthma-Allergy Denmark?
If anything is missing, we’ll talk it through with you – or directly with your manufacturer – to make sure everything is in place.

We also offer extra services tailored to your needs – such as documentation for voluntary labelling schemes, assessment of claims and marketing texts, and an overview of packaging materials and composition.
