Download and fill out the packaging form
To verify that your packaging meets the requirements, you need to complete a specification form. This helps us ensure that the labeling is accurate and transparent — and it helps you comply with the regulations.
In the form, you will need to specify the components of the packaging (e.g., lid, container, wrapper), the material each part is made of, and whether the material is recycled or not.
We use this information to assess the composition of the materials — and to provide you with clear recommendations regarding labeling.
All information is treated confidentially.
To use the comment feature in the form, you need Microsoft 365, version 1901 (Build 11231.20174) or later. If you have an older version, please let us know when you send the form. We will then provide feedback directly via email instead.
